Day 3 - IL TO MO TO IA ,12 hours of road!

Today was by and far the worst driving day. We were on the road a lot. It tooks its toll on us and the car. We did not know the extent of the car problem till later. But construction in MO managed to get a nail in the side of a wheel that would lead to unexpected downtime the next day. Dinner at Trails End in Rockport MO was actually really good. And the girls impressed me with their record tent setting up abilities when we hit the KOA. - John
