Day 2 Great Sand Dunes National Park

Great Sand Dunes National Park started actually outside the park when I rented a sandboard. I should have gone for the sled. But I got the board. Why is this bad you ask? Well because I have never been on a snowboard or skis or skateboard really in my life. So this is bad. Was really dangerous lol

As I was eyeing these dunes with distate the team came out and said we got this. Right whatever!

My that is a lot of sand ... I hate sand... I have to walk that to the dunes... im not even on the dunes..

Keep walking...

I made it on some dunes... there were attempts at sandboarding...

I did not do so well... 

I hate these two....

So after that failure went off roading a little and took some more amazing shots here and there. The park is stunning in such a different way.

The last picture from the Sand Dunes is this shot.. that is part of the massive backlog of repairs that need to be done to National Parks around the country. Things like this cant be fixed or replaced because certain people slash budgets of stuff . Just saying you can @me all you want.
